Recruitment Process
Generally 2 rounds of Technical Interview and one round of HR Interview.
Normally the first round is conducted by manager or senior manager. The key focus are on the following things
- Process Audit and Process imnprovement
- Key Audit Observations
- A practical application of above concepts are expected
Second round is conducted by some senior person like Director or Partner. The key focus are on the following things
- Thought clarity
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Application of theory on real life scenario. They may ask some case based questions.
Final round is HR Interview. The key focus are on the following things
- Interest towards the profile
- Clear communication
- Behavioural aspects
