Recruitment Process
Generally 2 rounds of Technical Interview and one round of HR Interview.
Normally the first round is conducted by manager or senior manager. The key focus are on the following things

- Latest developments in Taxation
- Taxation – Compliance based Q’s
- Finance: Ratios, Cost of capital, Capital Budgeting
Second round is conducted by some senior person like Director or CFO. The key focus are on the following things
- Behavioural skills
- AFM Topics
Final round is HR Interview. The key focus are on the following things
- Interest towards the profile
- Clear communication
- Behavioural aspects
