Recruitment Process

Generally 2 rounds of Technical Interview and one round of HR Interview.

Normally the first round is conducted by manager or senior manager. The key focus are on the following things

Standards on Audit
CARO
A practical application of above concepts are expected

Second round is conducted by some senior person like Director or Partner. The key focus are on the following things

Thought clarity
Knowledge of latest amendments
Application of theory on real life scenario. They may ask some case based questions.

Final round is HR Interview. The key focus are on the following things

Interest towards the profile
Clear communication
Behavioural aspects
